'This breakfast recipe is so fulfilling, healthy and full of flavour; the perfect start of your day. It\'s vegan, gluten free, high in protein and it will give you all the energy you need.   Ingredients for the Quinoa Porridge Bowl with Pear and Blueberries:  -        Quinoa – 125 grams   -        Flaxseed – 1 tsp  -        Cinnamon – ½ tsp -        Pumpkin spice – ½ tsp   -        Almond milk – 125 ml  -        Water – 125 ml  -        Extra water of milk to thin the porridge as desired -        Optional toppings to serve: pecan nuts, pear, blueberries, coconut flakes   This recipe is a perfect breakfast after your PPGYT workout.
